WORK ON SITE - TRAVAIL EN CHANTIER

WORK ON SITE

We will need volunteers for certain tasks on the site of the Mother Meera’s City College in Madanapalle, India starting on November 2024.

The City College project will be attributed by bids to local large project contractors and sub-contractors. However, we will need volunteers on the site for certain tasks to facilitate the good working order of the construction project of this scope.

The tasks to be accomplished are for the following reasons:

The efficiency in the development of the project.
The verification of the work being done.
The coordination between different trades and professions.
To assure good terms between contractors and sub-contractors.
For civic security on the construction site.
For stocked material surveillance.
For the update of the global work schedule.

For people who would like to offer some time, regardless of the duration, during their annual vacations or for the retired people willing to offer their services on a longer term, may let the Comity for time keeping of their intentions. A time schedule will be set up for that purpose.

Management for accommodations is yet to come.

Following are a few domains in which the team needs some help for the tasks on site :

Nous aurons besoin de bénévoles pour participer à certaines tâches sur le chantier de la Cité Collégiale de Mère Meera à Madanapalle en Inde à compter de novembre 2024.

Le projet de la Cité Collégiale sera attribué par soumission à des contracteurs de grands projets et à des sous-contractants locaux. Par ailleurs, nous aurons besoin de bénévoles sur le chantier de construction pour certaines tâches afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement de ce projet de construction d’envergure.

Les tâches à accomplir seront pour des raisons :

D’efficacité dans l’élaboration du projet.
De vérification des travaux en cours.
De coordination entre les métiers et les professions.
De bonne entente entre les contracteurs et sous-contractants.
De sécurité civique sur le chantier de construction.
Pour la surveillance des matériaux en stock.
Pour la mise à jour du calendrier de travail général.

Pour les personnes qui aimeraient offrir du temps, peu importe la durée, durant leurs vacances annuelles ou pour celles qui aimeraient passer un plus long séjour et offrir leurs services, étant à la retraite, ou pas, peuvent faire part de leurs intentions au Comité de gestion du temps. Un calendrier sera prévu à cet effet.

La gestion des facilités de milieux de vie est encore à venir.
